The Fury of Dracula

Gothic horror board game

The Fury of Dracula is a board game for two to five players created by Stephen Hand and first published by Games Workshop in 1987, with later editions from Fantasy Flight Games in 2006 and WizKids Games in 2019. The game is set in 1898, eight years after the events of Bram Stoker's novel Dracula, and pits one player controlling Count Dracula, who moves in secret while building a network of vampiric influence across Europe, against the remaining players controlling Hunters such as Abraham Van Helsing, Dr. John Seward and Lord Godalming, who travel the map following clues to track him down. The 2006 edition added Mina Harker as a playable Hunter. The asymmetric hidden-movement design, in which Dracula's exact location is deduced rather than seen, has made the game a recurring favorite among fans of Gothic horror board games across its several editions.
