Team Yankee, subtitled A Game of World War III, is a two-player board wargame published in 1987 by Game Designers' Workshop, based on Harold Coyle's novel of the same name. Designed by Frank Chadwick and Marc W. Miller as a promotional tie-in to the book, it simulates tank combat between NATO and Warsaw Pact forces in a hypothetical conflict in West Germany, using simplified mechanics across eight scenarios meant to introduce newcomers to wargaming. The game won the Charles S. Roberts Award for Best Boardgame of 1987, though reviewers found some of its scenarios unbalanced.
