Sushi Go!

Card game

Sushi Go! is a card game designed by Phil Walker-Harding and published by Gamewright in 2013 for two to five players. The game uses a drafting mechanic in which players repeatedly select one card from a hand and pass the rest along, building a personal collection of sushi dishes such as maki rolls, dumplings, tempura and sashimi across several rounds, with each dish type scoring points differently and some, like pudding, scoring only at the very end of the game. Its fast-playing, easy-to-teach format built around a small deck of illustrated food cards helped it find an audience beyond typical hobby board gamers, and it was later followed by a large-box party edition and other spinoffs.
