StarForce: Alpha Centauri, subtitled Interstellar Conflict in the 25th Century, is a science fiction board wargame designed by Redmond A. Simonsen and published by Simulations Publications Inc. (SPI) in 1974. It was the first mass-market science fiction board wargame ever produced and became a best-seller for SPI, helping establish science fiction as a viable wargaming genre alongside SPI's historical titles. The game supports one to three players, who take on interstellar factions contesting the Alpha Centauri system using SPI's hex-and-counter wargame mechanics adapted to a science fiction setting.
