Search & Destroy: Tactical Combat Vietnam 1965-1966 is a two player tactical level board wargame designed by John Young and published by Simulations Publications, Inc. (SPI) in 1975. It simulates squad and platoon level combat during the Vietnam War, with one player commanding American forces sweeping the countryside in search of hidden enemy supply caches while the opposing player controls Viet Cong guerrilla forces trying to inflict unacceptable casualties on the Americans or otherwise deny them a clear success. As with many SPI wargames of the era it uses hexagon grid mapboards, cardboard unit counters and a turn based combat resolution system to model the small unit, low visibility fighting that defined much of the ground war in Vietnam, distinguishing it from SPI's more conventional large scale operational and strategic level wargames of the same period.
