Neopets Trading Card Game

The Neopets Trading Card Game is an out of print collectible card game published by Wizards of the Coast in 2003 as a spin-off of the browser-based virtual pet website Neopets. It was designed by Mike Elliott, Skaff Elias, Andrew Finch and Bill Rose, and was aimed at a younger audience than other Wizards of the Coast card games such as Magic: The Gathering. The game is played by two players, each building a deck of at least forty cards, and centers on Neopet creatures battling one another across four different arenas named Strength, Agility, Intelligence and Magic. A player wins the game by being the first to bank a total of twenty one points worth of Item and Equipment cards. The game received several expansions during its active production period before Wizards of the Coast discontinued it in 2006, three years after its original release.
