Imaginiff

Imaginiff is a party board game published by Buffalo Games, first introduced in 1998, in which three to eight players compare their private impressions of one another. Each round names a subject player and offers a multiple choice card describing a category, such as what kind of animal, vehicle or household object that person would be, and every other player secretly selects the answer they believe best fits; the named player then guesses which answer the group chose in majority. Points reward guessing correctly and matching the group consensus, so the game rewards paying attention to a friend or family member's habits and personality rather than pure trivia knowledge or chance. A typical game runs forty to sixty minutes after a brief one to five minute setup, is aimed at ages ten and up, and draws on light counting and probability skills alongside its central social guessing mechanic, placing it among light party games meant for mixed-age home and family play rather than competitive strategy gaming.
