I.C.B.M. is a two player board wargame published by Mayfair Games in 1981, designed by Neil Zimmerer with illustration by Darch Clampitt, that simulates a nuclear war between the United States and the Soviet Union. Players compete to obliterate their opponent with nuclear weapons while attempting to survive a retaliatory strike, using intercontinental ballistic missiles and anti-ballistic missiles across a seventeen by twenty one inch polar projection map showing the USSR and North America with major cities and their target values. The ziplock packaged microgame includes 108 counters and an eight page rulebook. A reviewer described its rules as brief, easy to understand, and clean, calling it a good beginning level simulation. The game was released during Mayfair Games' 1981 entry into the microgame market and was a finalist for Best Initial Release at the 1981 Charles S. Roberts Awards.
