Hey, That's My Fish!
Board game
Hey, That's My Fish! is a board game designed by Gunter Cornett and Alvydas Jakeliunas and published in 2003 by Fantasy Flight Games for two to four players. The game is played on a shifting field of hexagonal ice floes, each printed with one, two, or three fish, across which each player steers a small flock of penguin pieces. On a turn a player moves one penguin in a straight line across any number of empty, unoccupied hexagons, and the floe it started on is then removed from play and its fish added to that player's score; a penguin that becomes boxed in with no legal move left is removed from the board along with its floe. The game ends once every penguin has been stranded and removed, and whoever has gathered the most fish across their collected floes wins. Its short rules, quick setup, and shrinking board have made it a frequently cited example of a simple, elegant abstract game suited to both children and adults.
