Give Me Liberty!

Modern Conquest and War Games

Give Me Liberty! is a board game published in 1992 by 3W. It is a hex-and-counter wargame of the American Revolutionary War that uses monthly turns, leader activations, unit movement and combat ratings, attrition and scenario-based operations to simulate campaigning across the colonies. The reviewer for Perfidious Albion felt the game was too cut and dried to fully simulate the feel of the war and raised concerns about its length and playability, while granting that it remains a nice little counter artwork package. It was also reviewed in Berg's Review of Games issue 5.
