Dark Conspiracy is a near-future horror role-playing game, originally written by Lester W. Smith and published by Game Designers' Workshop in 1991. Several editions of the game have been published since that first release. In March 2025 Mongoose Publishing acquired the Dark Conspiracy property from its intellectual property owner, and the company has announced plans to release a new trilogy of games from the property starting in 2026.
