Cee-lo

Cee-lo is a gambling game played with three six-sided dice. Its name derives from the Chinese name for the game, which is literally the numerical sequence four-five-six. Many variations exist, but there are common rules, including the use of three dice and shared roll combinations: rolling a four, five and six wins, rolling a one, two and three loses, and other combinations establish a point for comparison to the rolls of other players. Rule sets fall into two broad categories according to how betting is handled. In banking games one player serves as banker and covers the bets of the others, each of whom competes directly with the bank. In non-banking games every player has essentially equal status, and the rules must let players pool their bets and try to win from a common pot.
