Air Assault on Crete is a two-player tactical wargame published in 1977 by Avalon Hill, simulating the Battle of Crete during World War II. Players command either the German paratroopers who launched the May 1941 airborne invasion of the Greek island or the Allied forces defending it, with scenarios covering the ten-day campaign at company and battalion scale. The scenario set lets the two sides refight the campaign at a tactical level, from the opening airborne landings through the ground fighting that decided control of the island.
