7 Wonders is a card-drafting board game designed by Antoine Bauza and first published in 2010 by Repos Production, part of the Asmodee group. Two to seven players each lead an ancient civilization through three ages of cards representing military strength, scientific advancement, commerce and monument-building, drafting hands of cards that are passed around the table each round. A game typically takes about thirty minutes to play after a five minute setup, and is aimed at players aged ten and up. The design won the inaugural Kennerspiel des Jahres connoisseurs' award in 2011 and has gone on to win more than thirty industry awards while selling over two million copies, making it one of the most decorated board games ever published.
