Tony Wroten, born Anthony Leon Wroten Jr. on April 13, 1993, is an American professional basketball guard who came out of Garfield High School, where he became the first freshman ever named to the All-Washington State Class 4A first team. He played college basketball for the Washington Huskies, earning Pac-12 Freshman of the Year honors and a place on the All-Pac-12 first team in his freshman season, and was drafted by the Memphis Grizzlies with the 25th overall pick in the 2012 NBA draft. Traded to the Philadelphia 76ers in 2013, he recorded a triple-double of 18 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists in his first career start, the first time any NBA player had done so, and later set a career high of 31 points before an ACL injury ended his 2014-15 season. He later played for the Texas Legends in the NBA Development League.
