Natascha Keller is a German retired field hockey striker, born July 3, 1977, in West Berlin, who competed at five Olympic Games (1996, 2000, 2004, 2008 and 2012) and won gold at the 2004 Athens Games. She accumulated more than 400 international caps, becoming Germany's most capped female field hockey player and holding a Guinness World Record with 425 caps from 1994 to 2012, and received an award from the International Hockey Federation in 1999. She served as flag bearer for Germany at the 2012 Summer Olympics, the first field hockey athlete given that honor, and comes from a hockey family: daughter of Olympic player Carsten Keller, granddaughter of Erwin Keller, and sister of gold medal-winning strikers Andreas and Florian Keller.
