Moon Dae-sung is a retired South Korean taekwondo athlete born September 3, 1976. He won the Olympic gold medal in the heavyweight division at the 2004 Athens Games, defeating Greece's Alexandros Nikolaidis in the final, and he also won gold at the 1999 World Championships in Edmonton, the 2002 Asian Games in Busan and the 2000 Asian Championships in Hong Kong, all in the heavyweight division.
