Nick Petrangelo, born on January 2, 1987, is an American professional poker player from Feeding Hills, Massachusetts, who won two World Series of Poker bracelets. He plays online under the nickname caecilius and in December 2012 scooped the most points in the PocketFives ranking of online tournament players. He has played live tournaments since 2009, won his first WSOP bracelet in 2015, and finished runner up to Fedor Holz in the 100,000 dollar WPT Alpha8 High Roller event that December. He won the 2017 Aussie Millions 100,000 dollar Challenge and his second bracelet in the 100,000 dollar No-Limit Hold em event at the 2018 WSOP for 2,910,227 dollars, his biggest live score, with live winnings above 41,900,000 dollars as of July 2026.
