John Spadavecchia

John Spadavecchia lived from 17 July 1938 to 10 June 2023 and was an American professional poker player from Lighthouse Point, Florida. A regular on the tournament circuit from the 1980s, he first cashed at the World Series of Poker in the 1988 Main Event, finishing 28th, and reached the Main Event final table in 1994, placing third for 294,000 dollars. He won a bracelet in 1991 by beating the three-time bracelet winner Dewey Tomko, and he cashed in World Series of Poker Circuit events seven times, including two wins, the biggest being the 2005 to 2006 Caesars Palace Championship for 648,320 dollars.
