Allen Cunningham

Allen Cunningham is an American professional poker player, born on 28 March 1977, who has won five World Series of Poker bracelets. He studied civil engineering at UCLA before leaving to play poker professionally, and at eighteen began playing in Indian casinos. His first verified tournament win came in September 1998 at the National Championship of Poker in Inglewood. He was a Full Tilt sponsored professional and became a full member of Team Full Tilt in October 2006. He was named the 2005 ESPN/Toyota Player of the Year, and his largest single tournament payout was 3,628,513 dollars for fourth place among 8,773 players in the 2006 World Series of Poker Main Event. His fifth bracelet, in 2007, made him one of the few players to win a bracelet in three consecutive years.
