Leo Margets

Leonor Margets Perez, known as Leo Margets, is a Spanish professional poker player from Barcelona, born on 10 August 1983. She finished 27th in the 2009 World Series of Poker Main Event and was runner-up in the $1,000 Double Stack No-Limit Hold'em event at the 2018 series. In 2021 she won her first WSOP bracelet in the $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em Closer, beating a field of 1,903, and as of 2025 she remains the last woman to win an open-field event at the WSOP in Las Vegas. In 2025 she came through a field of 9,735 to reach the Main Event final table, the first woman to do so since Barbara Enright in 1995, and finished seventh for $1,500,000, the largest Main Event score by a woman. Outside poker she has completed ten marathons and won the Spanish version of The Traitors in 2023.
