Tunnels & Trolls

Role-Playing Games

Tunnels & Trolls, abbreviated T&T, is a fantasy tabletop role-playing game designed by Ken St. Andre and first published in 1975 by Flying Buffalo. It is counted as the second modern role-playing game to reach print, after Dungeons & Dragons. St. Andre wrote it as a more accessible alternative to Dungeons & Dragons, and its rules are suitable for solitaire play, group play and play-by-mail play alike. The solitaire suitability is one of the features that set it apart from the first generation of fantasy role-playing games.
