The Egyptian Olympic Committee is the National Olympic Committee for Egypt, founded in 1910 and headquartered in Cairo, one of the oldest National Olympic Committees in Africa and the Middle East. It selects and fields Egypt's Olympic team and oversees the country's Olympic sport federations, with particular Egyptian Olympic strength historically in wrestling, weightlifting, fencing and modern squash.
