The Comite National Olympique et Sportif Francais (CNOSF) is the National Olympic Committee for France, formed in 1894 in Paris alongside the founding of the modern Olympic movement by French educator Pierre de Coubertin, and headquartered in Paris. It represents France's Olympic sports federations, selects and fields the French Olympic team, and played a central organizing role around the 1900, 1924 and 2024 Summer Olympic Games, all three hosted in Paris, the only city besides London to have staged the Summer Games three times.
