All Multi-Sport Games

The dividing line is whether an event stages many sports under one committee, as the Olympics does, or a single sport, as a World Cup does.

Multi-Sport Games covers recurring events staging many different sports under one umbrella competition, such as the Olympic Games, the Paralympic Games and the Asian Games, organized by an international or continental organizing committee. A championship devoted to a single sport, however large, is grouped instead under the relevant World Cup or championship category, since the dividing line is whether many disciplines or one discipline is contested.
