NFL Showdown is an out-of-print collectible card game designed by Tom Wylie and published by Wizards of the Coast, based on American football and created in 2001 for 2 players. Its cards feature players from the 2001 through 2003 NFL seasons, and gameplay used a barcode reader to resolve play selection rather than dice or a purely card-based resolution system. A game takes about 30 minutes to play. The game has been out of print since 2003.
