A Touch of Evil: The Supernatural Game is a board game published in 2008 by Flying Frog Productions. It is set in the fictional nineteenth-century village of Shadowbrook and gives players the roles of a small band of monster-hunting heroes who must uncover secrets, strengthen their characters, and track down a lurking supernatural villain before the village is completely consumed by darkness. The game belongs to the wave of cooperative-leaning American-style horror and adventure board games of the late 2000s that combined miniature figures, character investigation mechanics, and a rotating cast of villains and events across replayable sessions. Flying Frog Productions built a line of related titles on similar mechanics and shared components, of which this was among the earlier and better known entries.
