Blue Moon City

Modern Hobby Strategy Games

Blue Moon City is a 2006 board game designed by Reiner Knizia, published in the United States by Fantasy Flight Games and in Greece by Kaissa. Two to four players compete to be the first to rebuild a shattered fantasy city, moving creature cards to construction sites around a central board and contributing resources to complete buildings before their rivals, in a city-building game with a heavy fantasy theme. The game shares artwork style and some thematic connections with Knizia's earlier Blue Moon card game, though the two are played independently of one another, and both draw on the same fictional world of dragon-riding factions competing for territory and standing.
