Warhammer 40,000: Conquest

Modern Hobby Strategy Games

Warhammer 40,000: Conquest is a two-player Living Card Game published by Fantasy Flight Games from 2014 to 2017, first released on October 3, 2014, set in the Warhammer 40,000 science-fiction universe. Players build decks representing one of the setting's warring factions and compete to win battles fought across a shared row of planet cards while gathering resources for future turns. Each turn a player deploys warlord and army units to contested planets, and control of three planets bearing the same symbol at once wins the game. The design's use of several simultaneous, evolving battlefields rather than a single board or lane set it apart from other card games of its era.
