Dynasty League Baseball

Dynasty League Baseball, marketed under the fuller title Dynasty League Baseball Powered By Pursue the Pennant, is a tabletop baseball simulation board game first published by Design Depot in 1994 under its earlier name Pursue the Pennant. It reproduces the statistical texture of real baseball on the tabletop, modeling ballpark specific effects, clutch hitting and pitching performance and other situational nuances of the sport so that simulated games track the tendencies of the real players and teams they represent. An online version for Macintosh and Windows followed in 2011, letting players run the same statistically driven simulation on a computer rather than dealing cards and consulting charts by hand, while the physical tabletop edition continued to serve players who preferred the original board and card format.
