Chaos Marauders

Modern Hobby Strategy Games

Chaos Marauders is a card-based board game published by Games Workshop in 1987 and set in the Warhammer universe. Its subtitle is The Manic Game of Orcish Mayhem. It is a game for two to four players in which each player builds warbands of creatures and attacks the warbands of the other players to loot Victory Points from them. Each player has a mat with three lines of twelve empty squares, which stand for the three battle lines to be built. The infobox credits Stephen Hand as designer and John Blanche as illustrator, and notes a Cube of Devastation among its sources of chance.
