Skullduggery is a children's board game designed to teach basic logic and strategy. It was created and illustrated by Allegra Vernon, Creative Director of Outset Media, which also distributes the tile game Qwirkle. The pirate-themed game is played on a tiled board with tokens representing the players. Pirates and gemstones act as enemies and create obstacles, which gives the game its name. Each player works to uncover four landmarks in order to complete a treasure map, then races to the treasure. The game won a Mensa Select award, one of only five that American Mensa gives each year, and also received the National Parenting Center Seal of Approval, a Parents' Choice recommendation, a Creative Child Magazine Creative Toy Top Game of the Year award and a three-star rating from the Canadian Toy Testing Council.
