Flesh and Blood (card game)

Modern Hobby Strategy Games

Flesh and Blood is a trading card game published by Legend Story Studios, an independent design studio based in Auckland, New Zealand. Play centres on two players who each control a single hero and fight one against one to the death. It was designed by James White, who had earlier played Magic: The Gathering professionally. The setting draws on fantasy and, to some extent, science fiction. According to its lead article the title is meant to signal that the game was designed to be played in person rather than as an online game, which sets its design intent apart from many digital-first card games.
