Don't Go to Jail is a dice game published by Parker Brothers in 1991 for two or more players and inspired by Monopoly. On a turn a player rolls ten dice. Seven carry the colours, utilities and railroad icons of the Monopoly board, and the other three are blank on four sides, with the remaining two sides showing the words Go, to and jail. The aim is to roll matching symbols that complete a property group and so score points. Dice showing a Go to Jail word are set aside, and the player may keep re-rolling the others or stop and bank the points, but if all three Go to Jail dice land face up the points earned that round are lost and the turn passes. Two wild dice can stand in for any property symbol. Players agree a target score before play and win by passing it once everyone has had an equal number of turns. A later version, Monopoly Express, also sold as Monopoly Diced, scores in dollars instead of points.
