Conspiracy is a 1973 board game designed by Eric Solomon and published by Milton Bradley, in which three or four players, later editions support up to eight, take the roles of rival spies trying to smuggle a suitcase back to their own headquarters. There are no dice or cards; play instead turns on betting, bluffing and memory as players secretly negotiate and misdirect one another over roughly ninety minutes, suited to ages eight and up. The game was also released under the title The Sigma File and was later published in further editions by AMIGO Spiel und Freizeit, Clipper, Condor and Gibsons Games, sustaining its reputation as an unusually cerebral, negotiation-driven title for its era.
