Catan Geographies: Germany is a strategy board game designed by Klaus Teuber and dated 2008 by its Board Game Matcher listing, for three to four players. It combines the trading and building mechanics of the Catan family with the map and sights of Germany. Players settle German territories, trade resources with one another, build town halls in cities and collect miniatures of landmarks and historical sites, each of which brings victory points. The listing credits dice rolling, hand management and memory as its key mechanics, and gives a play time of about an hour with a suggested age of ten and up. It is a regional variant that borrows the established Catan framework rather than a new standalone design.
