Vampire: The Eternal Struggle

Modern Hobby Strategy Games

Vampire: The Eternal Struggle is a collectible card game first listed in 1994 for two to five players, with L. Scott Johnson, Richard Garfield and Robert Goudie credited as designers. It is based on the role-playing game Vampire: The Masquerade. Each player controls ancient vampires who direct minions in a campaign of political and social warfare, managing blood and influence to outwit rivals. Play rests on building a deck before the game, managing a hand of cards and taking actions with minions, and a typical game runs about two hours. The game is rated medium-heavy in weight for ages thirteen and up and is classed among bluffing games.
