Blockbuster (party game)
Party and Word Games
Blockbuster is a cooperative party game based on the American film rental corporation of the same name, published in 2019 by Big Potato Games. Teams race to be first to collect all eight film genre cards. Play has two rounds, Head to Head Battle and Quote it, Act it, One Word. In the first, a card names a topic such as movies with dogs, and one player from each team hits the buzzer and keeps naming films on that topic until one runs out. The infobox lists four to ten players, about thirty minutes of play and an age rating of twelve and up.
