A la carte (game)

Modern Hobby Strategy Games

A la carte is a board game published in 1989 by Moskito Spiele, in which each player is trying to be a successful chef. The reviewer Brian Walker wrote about it in Games International magazine and gave it four stars out of five, remarking that the only real requirement for enjoying the game is a sense of humour. It came second in the 1990 Deutscher Spiele Preis, the German games prize, the year after it was released.
