Games whose outcome is dominated by an unpredictable mechanism rather than player skill, covering Craps, Liar's Dice, Yahtzee and Bingo by dice or drawn-number mechanism, and Rock Paper Scissors by outcome unpredictability from either player's perspective even though it uses neither dice nor cards, a browsing convenience recorded here rather than a claim that it shares a mechanism with the others.
