Alkkagi

Alkkagi is a traditional Korean board game in which two players flick stones at their opponent's stones in an attempt to knock them off the board. It was also historically played in China, where it is known as Tanqi, and it has roots stretching back to Korea's Goryeo dynasty. The game is usually played on a Baduk board using Baduk stones, though a Janggi board with its octagonal stones can also be used as a substitute. Each player begins with an equal number of stones, typically five or seven, arranged on their own side of the board. Players take turns flicking one of their own stones across the board with a finger, attempting to strike and knock an opponent's stone completely off the playing surface. A stone that is knocked off the board is removed from play, and a player who successfully knocks off one of the opponent's stones is rewarded with another turn. Play continues in this way until one player has lost every one of their stones, at which point the remaining player is declared the winner.
