Outrage! is a British board game first published in 1992 by Imperial Games and marketed as the official Tower of London board game. It sends two to six players into a board representation of the Tower of London, where they attempt to succeed at stealing the Crown Jewels where the real-life thief Thomas Blood failed in his notorious 1671 attempt. The game offers a short format, typically lasting one to three hours after five to ten minutes of setup, in which the first player to escape the Tower with any Crown Jewel wins outright, and an extended format in which players instead compete to accumulate the greatest total value of jewels they have stolen, with possession of St. Edward's Crown used to break a tie. The Tower of London licensing and the historical framing around Blood's real attempted theft give the game its identity as a piece of playable British royal history rather than a generic heist board game.
