Stay Alive (game)

Dexterity and Physical Skill Games

Stay Alive is a strategy and dexterity board game for two to four players in which participants try to keep their own marbles from falling through holes in a tilting game board while maneuvering sliding panels to make their opponents' marbles fall through instead. It was originally published in 1971 by Milton Bradley, later owned by Hasbro, and was marketed in television and print advertising of the period as the ultimate survival game. In 2005, Winning Moves Games USA republished the game with a smaller board, keeping the original mechanism of sliding plastic panels beneath a grid of holes. A typical game lasts twenty to thirty minutes and is recommended for players aged eight and up, with the last player whose marbles remain on the board declared the winner.
