Pack & Stack is a stacking and logistics board game designed by Bernd Eisenstein and published in 2008 under its original German title Zak Pak!. Three to six players take on the role of moving company workers who load household items into the back of moving trucks, each truck modeled as a grid five units wide and three units deep with variable stacking heights. On a turn a player rolls dice to determine how many items must be packed into a truck, then physically arranges wooden or cardboard pieces to fit as much cargo as possible into the available space. Every player begins the game with seventy five points and loses points for space left empty in a truck and for items that cannot be fit in at all, so success depends on spatial reasoning under time pressure as much as luck of the dice. The last player still holding points when the packing rounds are complete wins the game, and the physical packing puzzle at its center has made it a recognizable example of a dexterity flavored logistics game within the modern board game hobby.
