Competitions

This category is the top-level index for the atlas's Competition entities: the named tournaments, leagues, championships and recurring events that athletes compete in, such as a national league, a world championship or an Olympic event. Each entry covers a specific competition rather than an individual athlete, a sport or the governing body that organizes it, which are filed under their own respective types elsewhere in the atlas.
