Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce is a retired Jamaican sprinter born December 27, 1986, widely regarded as one of the greatest sprinters of all time, who specialized in the 100 and 200 metres. In the 100 metres she won two Olympic gold medals, in 2008 and 2012, plus an Olympic silver in 2020, and five World Championship titles, in 2009, 2013, 2015, 2019 and 2022, becoming the first woman to win five world titles in the event and, at age 35 in 2022, its oldest ever champion. Across her career at the World Athletics Championships she won ten gold, five silver and one bronze medal, and in 2013 became the first woman to sweep the 100 metres, 200 metres and 4x100 metre relay at a single World Championship, a performance that earned her the IAAF World Athlete of the Year award; her personal best of 10.60 seconds ranks third fastest in history.
