Park Junghwan is a South Korean professional Go player born in 1993 who holds the 9 dan rank and turned professional in 2006. He has won the Fujitsu Cup in 2011, the LG Cup in 2015, the Ing Cup in 2013 and 2016, the Asian TV Cup in 2013 and 2015, the Mlily Cup in 2018, the Chunlan Cup in 2019 and the World Go Championship from 2017 to 2019. He became the youngest Korean player ever to reach 9 dan, at age 17, after winning gold at the 2010 Asian Games, where he also won a mixed pair gold, and he won a second team gold at the 2022 Asian Games.
