Choi Cheol-han is a South Korean professional Go player born in 1985. He became a professional at age twelve, the fourth youngest player to do so in South Korean history, and is known by the nickname the Viper. He reached 9 dan in 2004 and won the Chunwon title in 2003, 2004 and 2010, the Guksu title in 2003, 2004 and 2011, and the Kisung title in 2004, along with international titles in the Fujitsu Cup in 2005 and the Ing Cup in 2009, and he won gold and bronze medals for South Korea in team and mixed doubles events at the 2010 Asian Games.
