Dan Feyer is an American crossword puzzle solver and editor who holds the record for the most championships in the American Crossword Puzzle Tournament with nine wins, including six consecutive titles from 2010 to 2015 and further wins in 2017, 2019 and 2023. Described by the New York Times as remarkably fast, he has averaged solving times of about four minutes for the tournament's hardest Saturday-style puzzles, making him widely regarded as the strongest competitive crossword solver of his era.
