Kerri Walsh Jennings is a retired American beach volleyball player considered one of the greatest in the sport's history. Playing mainly alongside Misty May-Treanor from 2001 to 2012, she won three Olympic gold medals in 2004, 2008 and 2012 and an Olympic bronze medal in 2016, the most Olympic medals won by any beach volleyball player, and the pair also won three World Championship titles in 2003, 2005 and 2007. Over her career she won 135 international and domestic tournaments and set a record of 112 consecutive match wins across 19 straight tournament titles in 2007 and 2008. She previously played indoor volleyball at Stanford University, where she was a four time first team All-American, before turning to beach volleyball professionally in 2001.
